Hi, I’m Kesha aka Keke

Southern, Black, disabled strategist and joy-bringer. I move big visions with clarity, honor access as the altar, and keep the receipts close.

Rolling With Keke™ is the ministry of momentum created by Lakesha D. Moore, DES — a Senior Event & Operations Strategist who designs accessible events and systems for leaders, brands, and Black disabled women who refuse to shrink. Every room I build is safe, strategic, and built for every body.

Booked, Busy & Built Different™

My name, Lakesha, means joy — and I carry that into every room and every event. For over two decades I’ve turned confusion into clarity, protected six-figure budgets, and raised engagement for organizations that say they care about people.

My scooter rolls with me into boardrooms and ballrooms — it’s part of my leadership, not a limitation. If I can’t roll through it, it’s not built right.

Rolling With Keke™ is my personal brand and operating system: events with strategy, systems that guard your brilliance, and legacy projects that make access non-negotiable.

Mission

Rolling With Keke™ is my ministry of momentum — a space where Black disabled women and those who serve us move with dignity, clarity, and systems that honor both our brilliance and our bandwidth.

Vision

I see a world where Black disabled women lead from wholeness, not exhaustion — where access is standard, leadership is trusted, and presence shifts rooms instead of apologizing for entering them.

Core Values

Access

If it’s not accessible, it’s not excellence.

Strategy

Receipts, systems that scale, and operations that stick.

Spirit

Soft strength, sacred leadership, and clear direction.

Dignity

Safe rooms, honest space, and respect in every detail.

Joy

Culture, humor, and celebration belong in the work.

Community

What we build lifts sisters, daughters, and generations.

I’m minding my Black business 💅🏾 because that’s the only business I have to mind.
